He understood how she felt about his weakness. He tried to figure out a way to make it less of a problem but he hadn't had any luck so far. The sun just wasn't meant for a vampire.
His brow raised when she sat down and began running her fingers through her hair a little roughly. He figured it out though quickly. That was one of the good things about a vampire. You couldn't get sick and headaches was just one of the things you never experienced.
Again, Araka did something else that confused him. She bared her neck to him. What was she doing? Of course he figured it out quick. She needed a blood thinner. And he happened to specialize in the technique. To unwilling victims that is. If the blood was good, he tended to lose control and suck them dry.
Daichi was a bit hesitant. That would be nice, killing his leader. The process wasn't all that pleasing to victims. It burned. He noticed her devious smile. He supposed he could try. She should be able to keep him focused enough.
He walked up behind her and leaned forward, "If it get's too painful. Stop me." His fangs grew out and sharpened as he bit into her neck, sucking up her blood slowly and carefully. Don't want to take too much now.

Luckily, she didn't scream. That just would have made things more difficult. It was different so it kept his attention. For now anyway.
As he continued sucking her blood, he noticed that the taste was strange. He couldn't quite describe it but it was actually good. He had heard her tell him to stop but he couldn't. He needed more. His eyes narrowed. His prey was trying to stop him.
Daichi looked over to her and managed to snap back to reality. He was about to pull back when he felt something force him back, almost sending him over the rail. He was about to leap back onto her but stopped himself and took a breath. Once he found it safe, he walked back torwards her.
He wiped the blood from his lips and sighed, "Sorry about that... It was good." He said the last few words a little sorrowfully. He could still smell her blood and he was hooked. Daichi held his breath and looked back to her questioningly. How was she feeling?
He was shocked by her question. Was she serious? "After what just happened and the fact your looking a little weak, I'd have to advise you not to. But of course, this is your decision, not mine."

TOO OUT OF TOUCHOUT OF TOUCH TO TOUCH YOU Araka listened to Daichi and nodded absentmindedly as he spoke. She didn't mind either way. If she didn't go to school, she'd just call upon a cult grouping...whatever, thing. Besides, after a week of skipping, she doubted one day would matter.
"Hm, are you sure about that? I bounce back pretty quickly," she said to Daichi, twirling a lock of her pink hair with one of her fingers with a blank face. She was still thinking on what to do.
"Eh, you're right. School's boring," she said with a yawn. "Come on, I want to go to one of those mattress stores," she said. Mattress stores are fun. You could always sleep there and no one could get on to you if you said that you were sleeping to see if it was easier to sleep on. Actually, that's what she had been doing the past week and she had only been kicked out once. She never saw that staff member there again.
She began to walk in the direction of the mattress store, feeling a bit tired already. Maybe the blood sucking idea wasn't the best, but it also wasn't the worst.
Then she tripped over her feet, falling to her knees on the ground. "I'm not feeling so good..." she mummered as she was there, frozen on the ground. It wasn't nausea, or anything of that sort. She just didn't feel so good.
But she got back up, a bit wobbly though. She kept walking until she reached the mattress store and quickly picked out the bed she had been sleeping on lately. It was really soft, like a cloud. She jumped up and lied down, wanting to fall asleep, but couldn't.
"Daichi, get up here." She didn't want to be alone.

He didn't reply to her question. He hadn't anything to say. She was pretty strong but losing blood was known to make anyone feel weak. It was sort of a table turner for vampires. Makes the fight more even against stronger foes.
He followed Araka obediently. It was never a smart move to deny a leader. The walk to the store was a little quiet. Daichi was not enjoying the stroll, ready to get out of the crowds again. Suddenly, she fell. "Araka?" He knealt down beside her and looked over her. Maybe he sucked a tad too much.
When she got back up, he followed and kept his eye on her. Finally, they made it and she found her a bed to rest on. He watched her curiously. She seemed to be in a surprising mood today because once again, she made him confused. She wanted him to lay down next to her? He wasn't one to deny her request and obediently listened. But stayed in a sitting position. "Are you going to be okay, Araka?"

TOO OUT OF TOUCHOUT OF TOUCH TO TOUCH YOU Araka rolled over onto her side so that she wasn't facing him. She knew she was confusing him. Heck, what she was doing would confuse the hell out of everyone that knew her. But today wasn't one of her usual days. Heck, her week wasn't even an average week. Everything was different this week, but maybe she just needed this one day to rest and feel something.
"Daichi..." she said softly. She wasn't sure he heard her, but she didn't care. She just wanted to feel something before she went back to her sadistic, evil self. "I...don't want to be alone..." she mumbled softly, resistic the urge to cry. Being alone, feeling forgoten...it was a horrible feeling. But even feeling something didn't confort her one bit. Maybe that's why she wanted to talk to that bastard Ches. She rolled over again so that she could face Daichi. Her nose was running slightly and her eyes showed that they were on the verge of tears, but she didn't want to cry. She wanted to torment students and teachers.she wanted to make their life as miserable as she wanted them to be.
She closed her eyes and few tears rolled down. One hit her lips; her blood tasted better than her tears.
"I promise I'll be mean and like my usual tomarrow..." she said, opening her eyes half way and sadly smiled.

Daichi caught the faint sound of her voice and looked towards her with brow raised. She didn't want to be alone? What was that supposed to mean? She wasn't alone. He was here right? He was too confused to reply but instead just watched. She was certainly not herself today. What had she been doing all week? The vampire looked off into the distance, trying to comprehend what was going on.
Daichi felt her shuffle about and he looked back down to her to see her on the verge of tears. His eyes widened in surprise. He'd never seen that sort of emotion out of her. "Uh...?" He wasn't sure what to do. He'd never been in a situation like this.
She spoke again with words that seemed to ease his mind a bit. He smiled innocently and chuckled. "Should I be greatful? Or is this some sort of mind game?" he questioned in a joking manner.
He looked away and sighed. "I don't know what's wrong but If you need something to cheer you up, you know you can ask." 'Or demand,' he added mentally.

TOO OUT OF TOUCHOUT OF TOUCH TO TOUCH YOU Araka smiled a half-meaningful smile. "Yup, just a mind game," she said, feeling a bit sleepy. If she were in her regular state of mind, she probably would have yelled at Daichi for saying something like that and maybe punched him real hard too.
"Hm...Daichi? I need to tell you I have a curse on my head at the moment," she mumbled, falling asleep.
She had spent the last week looking for her mother's old spell book that her mother had pawned away to help raise her daughter. It was hard to find, and even when she found the pawn shop, some old witch had bought it.
Last night, Araka stole it from the witch, but not without a price. It was probably the lamest spell ever since it wouldn't really have an effect on most people, but it had a HUGE effect on Araka. It was a curse to feel emotions.
Of course, that witch had minimal powers compared to Araka's. A curse that's supposed to last a month on a human will only last one day for Araka. So what Araka's hoping at the moment was to wake up and feel all better again. If only she could focus her powers in her sleep...Then, it would work...
Then Araka woke up. Pushing herself up from her lying position, she sat on the bed with her legs dangling off the mattress. That's when two staff came her way with suprised and angry faces. From their words, you could obiously tell that they hadn't heard of her.
"Miss! You are not allowed to sleep on these beds! And look" the old man pointed at a red stain on the mattress, where her neck had been. "You bled all over the mattress! You will have to pay for it-"
His words were cut off when Araka kicked him in the stomach. He fell and tumbled backwards. The other staff member rushed to his aid.
Araka, on the other hand, got up and off the bed, feeling victorious. That feeling didn't last long since she fell to the ground. No doubt a small nap (or how ever long she had been asleep) would replenish all the blood she had lost and she knelt on the ground, placing her hand on the bite marks from Daichi.
"Daichi..." she growled as she struggled to get up. "Damn it, help me get back up on my feet," she hissed.

The vampire simply watched her with little to no emotion. He was a little amused with how she was acting but also felt a bit awkward. He clearly wasn't used to the behavior.
When she mentioned a curse, he tilted his head to the side like a confused animal. 'Curse? I didn't know anyone else around here could perform something like that.' He didn't reply. Keeping his thoughts to himself seemed like a good idea right now. Besides that, she seemed to be drifting off.
Daichi watched Araka fall to sleep. Something the vampire never experienced. There was no need for the night dwellers. As long as they had blood they had enough energy to put away with it.
As she slept, he sat still, looking about himself. Her bleeding seemed to slow for the smell wasn't as strong. Thankfully. People browsing the store were looking at them curiously. His eyes narrowed in annoyance and he growled lowly. He hated being in this sort of situation. Why did she have to leave him like this? While he probably could have left, he didn't find it to be very smart. He could handle a few things about the girl, but he couldn't handle her rage when it was sent towards him. She knew most of his weaknesses and was pretty strong.
He endured for a while till finally she awoke after what seemed eternity to the fellow. He looked to her about to ask how she was feeling till a couple of employees came up to them.
His eyes narrowed once more and he growled when one of the fools began scolding her. While no doubt she could take care of herself, Daichi tended to be a little protective over his leader. Somewhat of a guard dog to put it bluntly. So it wasn't very wise for the old man to treat her as such. Unfortunately, his aid was not needed right now.
Daichi watched her kick the man in the stomach and his furious expression was turned by a playful smirk. 'There's Araka.' He surprised himself by how much he missed that side of her. His previous attempt to help her seemed to be her downfall for once she stood her proud self then suddenly dropped to the ground.
She spoke in her usual tone and he quickly joined her side, grabbing her by the arm and pulling her to her feet. Once she was up, he turned to the staff and bared his teeth showing his freshly stained fangs. "Shall I take care of them or would you prefer to?" She usually took the opportunity to kill but perhaps she would surprise him. He had somewhat of a cure for her whether she wanted to take the chance or not. This cure wasn't a really fun one though...

Araka scowled angrly at Daichi. "Dammit, of couse I'm going to take care of it, idoit," she growled at her trustie. How could he think that she wasn't going to take care of it? Sure if she had been in a nicer mood, she would have let Daichi do it, but she wasn't. Her head still hurt like hell, she was hungry and in the pissiest mood of her life.
She pulled outher wand, which had been hidden under her dress, attached to her thigh. She instantly set a curse onthe two with a flick of her wand. They'd be having nightmares until the day they'll die. The part Araka liked about this curse is that you eventually commit sucide from it. Beautiful.
Putting her wand back, lifting her dress up slightly. She looked up at Daichi with a harse glare then looked away.she didn't know why but she felt he deserved something.
She began to walk, still feeling weary, but she managed to hide the fact she was horribly weak at the moment. Her legs were aboutto give out on her once more, but she refused to give in to falling again. She hated to look weak.
Maybe she should have let Daichi take care of those two because that curse sure took a toll on her.
"Walk with me," she hissed when she realized her trutie wasn't at her side.

When she said she would take care of it, he slowly relaxed and backed off. She probably shouldn't be using powers right now but it seemed telling her that would not end so well. She was very strong willed and easily irritated. Besides that, he wouldn't mind having a good fight. Oh well, he would just have to let her do as she wished.
He watched the two as they looked at her frightened and confused. When she began walking away, he glared sharply at the two wishing she would have gave them a quicker punishment. He wouldn't had minded watching them burn then and there. He sighed before turning away and looking towards Araka, watching her and wondering how she was feeling. He was interrupted when he heard Araka call him.
In a flash, the trustie was at her side, looking down to her a little worried. While he knew she wouldn't admit to it, he could tell she was feeling weak. "Don't push yourself Ara. You need to take it easy." He didn't think she would heed his warning though. She never really did.
After a few more steps, he looked back down to her. He thought about doing something but he wasn't sure she would take it all too well. But he supposed it would be better than her passing out. With quick movement, he lifted up Araka and within seconds held her in his arms as he walked on. "You can kill me later but let me just make sure your okay first," he said calmly. He still had the 'cure' in mind but decided to wait till it seemed necessary.
