Boys: 45 posts
Roommate-ing Dorms: (you pay per character; not as a group. Your room mates will be selected randomly.)
Boys: 15 posts
Girls: 20 posts

a large room:
single: 15 posts
roommate: 5 posts
a small room:
single: -5 posts
roommate: -two posts
(medium rooms are what you will get if you do not chose one of these. Small rooms TAKE OFF the needed posts)
Anything else will be decided in a pm that you send to me BEFORE you buy a dorm. Remember, you only get one dorm room. It is an extra 15 posts for changing dorm rooms.
Pay an extra 2 posts upfront if you plan on changing dorms in a month after buying a dorm, so you don't have to pay the 15 posts.
