Beinga monster doesn't mean that there is only one type moster. Like humans, there a several races for one species. For example, there a many races of vampires, each with spesific traits. Ex: drinking blood to survive, drinking blood because it tastes good, human blood only, animal blood only, etc. You get what I mean, right? (If not, pm me).
And there are many different types of monster races. Vampires, werewolves, fallen angles, demons, psychics, witches and so on.
And the ledgens prove false. If you get bitten by a wearwolf or vampires, you don't turn into one. No, no, they evolved from that nine hundred years ago. Its just too risky to be turning everyone into a monster.

OFFICAL LIST OF MONSTERS - Vampires. are basically animals in human form. Even though their race is varried greatly what they all have in common is fangs (retractable or not) and a bloodlust of some kind, even if it's not nessary to live. Sun is another thing. Some are fine, some don't like it and some because of it. Remember, it all depends on the race.
- Psychics. are also another diverse race. Some can listen to other peoples thoughts. Others can see into the future or lift things without touching them. Breeding is normal amoung pyschics so their children canhave two or more powers.
- Werewolves. is another diverse race. Some turn into a full wolf, others keep their human shap but gain wolf traits. Another trait among werewolves is when they transform. Some during the full moon, others can control when they ransform.
- Witches. arn't ugly old hags. They too are a race, but their powers can only be passed onto girls. Books of potions and spells are commonly passed down from generation to generation.
- Demons. come in two forms. The incomplete demon, where bits of its demon self are merged with its human form. The incomplete demon is rare. Then there is a complete demon that can change fully into its human form. Many demons have powers.
- Necromancer. are people who raises the dead and can talk to and see ghosts. Necromancers come in three different types, all can see ghosts without effort. They all also invovle magic. The weakest kind of Necromancer is one who practises human magic to communicate with the dead. The strongest can summon the dead by a flick of their fingers, making zombies raise from the ground, and talk and see ghosts without help of human magic. The one in the middle, can see and talk to ghosts but when raising the dead they need to concentrate
- Tamers. are very rare and haven't been documented in recent times, but are monsters that have the power to "tame" certain types of demons (the kind that do not take the shape of a human).
- Shapeshifter. An extremely diverse race, that comes in all shapes and sizes- they are as varies as the animals in the world. They tend to bare three forms, a human form, an animal form, and one that lies in between. Unlike werewolves, they aren't bound by the moon, though there connection to the earth is almost indefinate. The stronger Shapeshifters can draw upon the earths energy, and tend to bare an almost shamanistc nature. Wielding magic that is generally nature based, and elemental in concept. Usually, a shifter is born with a single animal they take to...but on occasion, a powerful shapeshifter is born to the ability to trasnform into more than one.
